Refund policy

At Dabblify, each gift is carefully personalized as per your choice. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at sales@dabblify.com with your order details and supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

If your return request for a damaged or incorrect item is approved, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
